Service Area
For On-Site service we primarily serve the following areas:
- The Capital District Region of New York
- The Northern portion of the Capital District region of New York including
- Saratoga Springs
- Glens Falls
- Mechanicville
- Greenwich
- Lake George
- Cambridge
- Southeastern Vermont including:
- Bennington
- Arlington
- Manchester
Travel beyond these areas may be charged an additional fee for fuel and travel time.
Hourly Rate Services

| Standard Rate Services | $85.00 | $75.00 | (most office/professional computer support) |
| Emergency Rate Services | $110.00 | $95.00 | (after hours, weekend and holiday work) |
*On-Site Hourly rates are billed with a 1 hour minimum, with time thereafter billed in ten minute increments.
** Remote services include phone support, in shop repairs, and remote assistance via internet.
Flat Rate Services
Many types of service can be billed at a flat rate. This can be useful in cases where budgeting is required or services performed are more defined.
